Fully wall-hung/floating
Clients tend to fully wall-hang/float their Concrete Bathroom Vanity Top when they don’t require the storage under their Vanity Top and prefer a more minimalist look.
If you decide to do this, we can provide you with 1x Set of Steel Supports to wall-hang your Concrete Bathroom Vanity Top. Our Steel Supports are available for installation to a Double Brick Wall or Installation to a Timber Stud. Installation instructions are below:

Lead Time
As this Vanity Top is Made and Ready, as soon as your Order is placed, we will book your Order for immediate dispatch.
I love the KATE Integrated Sink but the Vanity Top size I need is not listed here, can you make other Vanity Top sizes?
Yes – as long as your Vanity Top is longer than 750mm (if sitting on Joinery) or 900mm (if fully wall-hung) we can make you a custom sized Concrete Bathroom Vanity Top with the KATE Integrated Sink. Send us an enquiry with the size you require, the number of KATE Integrated Sinks (single or double) and we can provide you with a Quote.
Where is the waste hole location?
The waste hole is located in the centre of the KATE Integrated Sink. It will suit a 32mm and 40mm Waste Plug. The exact location of the waste hole will be confirmed after the Order is placed and we draw up your Vanity Top Plan for your review and approval. Since we have so much flexibility with where your Integrated Sink is placed within your Vanity Top, we don’t have a standard spec sheet, the waste hole is usually in a different location every time we make an Order, this is why it is only confirmed once we have an approved Vanity Top plan from you.
I need a tap hole in my Vanity Top, how does this work?
No problem – if you require a tap hole in your Concrete Bathroom Vanity Top with a KATE Integrated Sink, you will need to select a Vanity Top Width of 440mm to 500mm Wide. We need a minimum of 100mm of benchspace behind the Integrated Sink to ensure your plumber can fit off the taps on the underside. When you place your Order, please email us a website link or PDF to your Tap and we will find the required hole/s sizes. We drill these after the Vanity Top has been made and prior to dispatch, so we have time to confirm this information, we don’t require this in order to cast your Vanity Top.
Is it solid concrete?
No, our Concrete Bathroom Vanity Tops with our KATE Integrated Sink will appear 125mm thick but it is not solid, it is hollow on the underside. If your Concrete Bathroom Vanity Top is sitting on a Vanity or Cabinetry, we will make the edges 40mm thick to ensure good touch points between your Vanity Top and Vanity for installation. If your Concrete Bathroom Vanity Top is fully wall-hung with no Vanity, the edges will be made 25mm Thick. The actual top of the Vanity Top is only ever 25mm Thick. We have an example of this in the KATE spec sheet.
I don’t want a Vanity or cupboards underneath, I just want my Concrete Bathroom Vanity Top to be fully wall-hung on its own, is that possible?
Yes! We go into more detail about how our Concrete Bathroom Vanity Tops are made so that they can be fully wall-hung in our spec sheet. We offer two different types of Steel Supports for this purpose, for Installation to a Double Brick Wall or Installation directly onto a Timber Stud. These can be purchased Online with your Concrete Bathroom Vanity Top. You will require 1x Set per Vanity Top.
I’m concerned about the weight of the Concrete Bathroom Vanity Top sitting on my Vanity. Will my Vanity support it?
Don’t be concerned! If our Concrete Bathroom Vanity Top is being installed on top of a Vanity, we would firstly suggest checking our Weight Chart above to find out the weight of your Concrete Bathroom Vanity Top based on the size you need. Share this information with your Builder, Joinery and/or Plumber. If you or they still have concerns about the weight of your Concrete Bathroom Vanity Top, additional support can be installed into your wall-hung Vanity by your Builder or Cabinet maker.
Will it stain easily in a bathroom and how do I look after it?
Your Concrete Bathroom Vanity Top is sealed multiple times using the best sealers available so it is protected as much as it can be. In saying this, it is still a natural material so it does require some care. We have a Concrete Bathroom Vanity Top Care Guide available, but in short, there are certain things you can do or avoid doing to help it look beautiful for many years to come.
I'm confused about what Vanity will work with the Concrete Bathroom Vanity Top, can you help?
Of course, we also offer an in-house service to make your Bathroom Vanity for you to match your Concrete Bathroom Vanity Top. We offer 7 different Polytec Vanity colours/finishes. Chat to us if you’d like to know more.
