Concrete Colour Samples
Concrete Colour Samples are available to ACT, NSW, VIC and QLD residents, with free postage included. Concrete Colour Samples are sent through Australia Post. Once your sample order is placed, it will be dispatched within 1 week, during busier periods this may take longer.

Sale Items
Sale items are ready-made items. Dispatch timeframe will vary depending on the item/s you purchase and your location (due to delivery partner availability). If delivery timeframe is a key factor in your purchase decision, please contact us prior to placing your Order so we can confirm when your item/s would be dispatched. 

Concrete Bathroom Vanity Tops
Concrete Bathroom Vanity Tops are available for delivery to ACT, NSW, VIC and QLD residents.

Once an order is placed (payment received) and a Vanity Top Plan is approved by you, we can begin manufacturing. From this stage, dispatch will take place within 3-7 weeks.

Other States: Please email us for a delivery quote and include the number of Concrete Bathroom Vanity Tops you are interested in, along with size of each and full delivery address and we will provide you with a Quote.  

Concrete Bathroom Vanity Tops are sent via FedEx/TNT via Kerbside Delivery. They are sent via Kerbside Delivery due to packaging requirements, size and weight of the package. FedEx/TNT will deliver your package to the closest accessible point to your property, typically the kerb. The package will not be delivered to your front door or inside your home. Once the package is brought to the kerbside, it will be your responsibility to unpackage, transport and handle, ensuring you have the necessary assistance and equipment to safely unbox and move the item/s to their desired location. You will also be required to dispose of the packaging being (but not limited to) a pallet/s, mdf board and foam. They are not packaged in cardboard. 

Vanity Tops are dispatched on a Monday or Tuesday, to assist with Vanity Tops/s being delivered the same week and avoid sitting in a Depot over a weekend. 

They will be dispatched as soon as they are completed, we do not hold orders. 

Please ensure your package can be delivered as soon as it becomes available, do not request FedEx/TNT to hold your package or delay delivery as this will increase the risk of your product being damaged. If we are advised by TNT they were requested to hold or delay delivery for any reason, this will void all warranty if your product is damaged.

Concrete Dining Tables
Concrete Dining Tables are available for delivery to ACT, NSW, VIC and QLD residents through our White Glove delivery and assembly service.

Once an order is placed (payment received) and table colour confirmed, we can begin manufacturing. From this stage, delivery and assembly will take place within 3-7 weeks. This may take longer during busy periods.

Delivery and Assembly costs are added to your Cart at checkout. 

ACT - Mitchell Bink Concrete Design will deliver and assemble your table/s. We will contact you to arrange delivery and assemble once your table is near completion.

SYDNEY - Mitchell Bink Concrete Design will deliver and assemble your table/s. Mitchell and the Team travel to Sydney every 4-6 weeks. Your Order will be grouped with 3-5 other Sydney table Orders. Once your table is near completion, we will advise you on a delivery week, and closer to that week, advise you of a delivery date. Once a date is confirmed, we will advise you of a 2 hour delivery window. On the day, Mitchell will contact you when he is approx. 30 minutes away. 

NSW, VIC & QLD - Our specialised delivery partners will deliver and assemble your table/s. At the time your Order is placed, we will pre-book your table for collection as our delivery partners can be booked-out far in advance. Once your table is near completion, we will advise you of when your table is being collected. Once your table is collected and in the hands of our delivery partner, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange delivery and assembly. Our delivery partners have set days delivering to certain areas so we kindly ask you to be flexible and work in with their delivery schedules. They will not hold your items.      

Important: Property Access
It is very important you advise us prior to ordering your table of any property access information we need to know such as (but not limited to) dirt road, lift access, narrow entrance, tight corners, stairs or steep driveway. Please email us photos of any access points we need to be aware of. If manufacturing of your table begins and we are not advised of difficult access prior, you will be liable for any additional delivery and assembly costs, alternatively, we/our delivery partner reserve the right to leave your table at the easiest accessible point on the property (such as the driveway, garage, or ground-floor entry) if not informed prior. 

Damage During Transport, Delivery & Assembly for all items
While we take every care to ensure your piece arrives safely, we ask that you please inspect your items upon arrival. All items must be reviewed and/or unboxed and checked within 48 hours of delivery. If you believe your item has been damaged during transport, delivery, or assembly, please email clear photos of the damage to us within 72 hours of delivery so we can assess the issue and ensure your claim is valid. Claims received after 72 hours may not be accepted, as any damage reported outside this timeframe will be considered to have occurred after delivery (for example, but not limited to, through handling, moving, or other trades onsite).

Express Production
Need it quickly? We offer an “Express Production” option to push your project to the start of the production line and guarantee dispatch within 3 weeks. You will find “Express Production” as an optional add-on for $850 once you have added your item to your Cart.
