Shipping policy

Purchases from our Online Store are available for collection or delivery. All items are ready for dispatch within 2-6 weeks from purchase (based on item/s purchased and current product demand). If you have a specific dispatch date, please let us know prior to making your order. If you purchase from our Showroom/Sale Stock, these items are in-stock and ready for immediate dispatch.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Canberra, ACT

Your order will be delivered by Mitchell Bink Concrete Design. If you purchase a Table, we will deliver, assemble and position your Table in place. Items from our Bathroom Collection will be delivered to your door by our Team, please contact us if you would like a Quote for installation.

Delivery will take place Monday-Friday during business hours. We will contact you a couple of days prior to advise a day for delivery. On the day of delivery, we will contact you one hour prior to arrival onsite. Any information regarding access that we may need to be aware of (such as dirt road, lift access, steps, stairs, steep driveway, narrow entrance) should be noted at checkout. Additional charges may apply if access is difficult and we are not informed prior.

Homewares will be delivered by a Courier.

If you are purchasing multiple items, please contact us prior to checking out to see if we are able to provide a better Delivery price. If you are located in nearby suburbs such as Jerrabomberra, Queanbeyan and Googong, please contact us prior to checking out as Mitchell Bink Concrete Design will deliver your items.

NSW, QLD, VIC:

Your order will be delivered by a third party Freighting Company. Smaller items such as our Homewares and Basin Bowls (under 30KG) will be packaged in a cardboard box. All other items (over 30KG) will be packaged in an MDF Board Box (or similar) and loaded onto a pallet. It is the clients responsibility to dispose of this packaging once their item/s arrive. Delivery of palleted items is kerbside delivery only and you will need to arrange hands at your end to unpackage, get your piece/s inside and assembled/installed yourself. We are happy to talk you through this process if you have any questions at all. From dispatch, your item/s should arrive within 2-7 business days.

If you are purchasing multiple items, please contact us prior to checking out to see if we are able to provide a better Shipping & Delivery price. If you are in a position to collect your item/s from a nearby Depot close to you, please contact us prior to checking out as this may also reduce your Shipping & Delivery cost. If you are located in nearby ACT suburbs such as Jerrabomberra, Queanbeyan and Googong, please contact us prior to checking out as Mitchell Bink Concrete Design will deliver your items.

SA, WA

Homewares will be delivered by a Courier. For all other items, please email admin@mbconcretedesign.com.au and let us know which item/s you are interested in along with your delivery postcode, we will then provide you with a Delivery Quote.

TAS, NT

Unfortunately we are not able to ship to your location.

COLLECTION

Clients are welcome to collect their piece/s from our Showroom in Fyshwick, ACT. Once the piece/s leave our workshop, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure their piece/s are safe having the necessary protection and requirements during transport and their piece/s arrive safely, without damage or loss, to their destination. Once collected, this is acknowledged as the piece/s being checked and accepted by the client prior to leaving our workshop. If not transported or protected properly, this could lead to possible cracking and damage during or post-delivery. Mitchell Bink Concrete Design is not liable for the cost of fixing and/or re-making a piece/s not delivered by Mitchell Bink Concrete Design or our third party Freighting Company.
