- Waste Hole Information: No waste plug required for this style of Integrated Sink. It is a slot drain at the back of the Integrated Sink. We cast in a 40mm Female PVC Pipe on the underside to plumbing connection.
- Waste Hole Location: This is in a set location as part of our ARTI Integrated Sink mould, however the Waste Location will vary depending on where your Integrated Sink is placed within your Vanity Top. This location will be confirmed once you place your Order and we draw your Vanity Top for your approval.
- Tap Hole Location: If you require a tap hole/s in your Vanity Top, we recommend a minimum 100mm of bench space at the back of your Integrated Sink. We will include this in your Vanity Top and Integrated Sink Plan for your approval.
- Recommended Use: Residential and Commercial
- Other: Whilst the ARTI Integrated sink is 600mm x 300mm in size internally, it is important to allow approx. 20mm of concrete to the underside of your integrated sink to ensure allowances are made in your joinery.
- All dimensions are approximate.
SITTING ON JOINERY/CABINETRY
- The deepest point of the ARTI Integrated Sink on the underside is 125mm (for joinery/cabinetry clearance). The thinner the Vanity Top (25mm), the more of the Integrated Sink will need to sit inside your Joinery/Cabinetry. The thicker the Vanity Top means the more of the Integrated Sink will sit up and inside your Vanity Top meaning less interference with your Joinery/Cabinetry.
- Whilst your Concrete Bathroom Vanity Top may appear 50-150mm thick, it is not solid, it is hollow on the underside. Your Top will be 25mm thick and your edges will be 40mm thick.
- If you do not want any of your Integrated Sink to sit inside your Joinery, your Vanity Top will need to be a minimum 125mm Thick.
- When your Vanity Top is sitting on wall-hung Joinery/Cabinetry, your Vanity Top will sit directly on your Vanity/Cabinetry. If you/your builder is concerned about weight, you can add additional reinforcement to your Vanity/Cabinetry.
- Still unsure if our Vanity Top will work with your Joinery/Cabinetry? Feel free to email us a website link, PDF or plans of your Cabinetry and we can check this before you place your Order.
FULLY WALL-HUNG/FLOATING
- Please order your Vanity Top at either 125mm or 150mm Thick. This will ensure you don't see any of the underside of the Integrated Sink.
- If your Concrete Bathroom Vanity Top is NOT sitting on Joinery/Cabinetry, you can purchase a set of Steel Supports from us $190. Here is more information. We will send these to you as soon as your order is placed, so that these can be installed whilst we are making your Vanity Top.
- Whilst your Concrete Bathroom Vanity Top may appear 50-150mm thick, it is not solid, it is hollow on the underside. Your Top will be 25mm thick and your edges will be 25mm thick (please keep this in mind when installing your steel supports).
- You will need a minimum of 150mm of bench space either side of your Integrated Sink, for a 900mm Vanity Top, we will need to centre your Integrated Sink left-to-right in your Vanity Top.
WHERE DOES THE INTEGRATED SINK SIT IN THE VANITY TOP?
- In most instances, the Integrated Sink can be placed anywhere within your Vanity Top, if you need it in a certain spot due to plumbing already in place or allowances in joinery, just let us know, otherwise we will draw up your Vanity Top based on where we think most makes sense.
- Your Integrated Sink can be centred, off to the left, off to right, brought forward, set further back, we have a lot of flexibility round this. There are some rare limitations, but this will be checked and advised once your Order is placed.
THERE IS NO SPEC SHEET FOR THE SIZE I WANT AND WHERE THE INTEGRATED SINK IS, WHY?
As we have so many variations available with vanity top length, width, thickness and where your Integrated Sink can be placed, it is impossible to have a single spec sheet available. This is why, once your Order is placed, we will draw up your Vanity Top for your approval and confirm the information you need to know.
I MADE AN ORDER, NOW WHAT?
Once you place an order, we will draw your Vanity Top with your Integrated Sink to confirm your Integrated Sink location. Once approved, we can begin to make it.
